Blonde's Reef Express Snorkel Tour

$90

This unique and fun adventure begins as soon as you climb on board our 20' inflatable boat for a fast and thrilling ride out to Blonde Reef, named in honor of the British frigate H.M.S. Blonde.

Hilo Bay is partially protected by a reef located in relatively shallow waters, named Blonde Reef after Lord Byron's vessel, HMS Blonde,

This reef is the foundation of the crescent-shaped breakwater constructed in 1929 to protect the Hilo harbor from storms and reaches about 23 feet deep, with occasional pockets extending to 40 feet.

Snorkel and swim between schools of fish and admire a wide variety of colorful, inquisitive marine life. The clear water allows you to see spectacular reef structures and sand patches that opens a window to Hawaii’s diverse sea life. On this 2-hour tour you will also enjoy a taste of authentic island snacks and juices.

This excursion is a must-do for nature and water lovers, sign up today and don’t miss out!
